This website is run by Bandhavgarh Jungle Safari, based at Plot no 76, Sujata Layout, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440022. We help travellers plan and book jeep safaris, stays and transfers around Bandhavgarh National Park.

For the purposes of this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Bandhavgarh Jungle Safari, and “you” means anyone who uses this website or contacts us. You can reach us at info@bandhavgarhjunglesafari.com or on 9755725345.

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry or booking request through our forms, we ask for:

• your name and mobile number
• your email address (optional)
• your preferred travel date and number of travellers
• a message, if you choose to write one

We also keep the details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, such as names and photo ID details needed for safari permits.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we record the page you sent it from and your IP address, which helps us block spam. Like most websites, our server also keeps basic technical logs, such as your browser type, device and the pages requested.

We do not ask for card or bank details through the enquiry forms.

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and check availability
• arrange safaris, stays, transfers and permits on your behalf
• send confirmations, itineraries and travel updates
• provide support before, during and after your trip
• protect the site from spam and misuse
• understand how the site is used so we can improve it

Cookies. Our forms use a small session cookie to check the captcha code. It is needed for the form to work and goes away when you close your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although the enquiry form may stop working if you block the session cookie.

Third-party services. Some parts of the site load content from other companies, which means your browser connects to them and they may see your IP address:

• Google Fonts for the typefaces used on the site.
• Google Maps, which is embedded on our “How to Reach” page.
• WhatsApp, when you tap a WhatsApp link to message us. That chat is then governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to answer your enquiry, manage your booking and meet our legal and accounting duties. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are not kept longer than necessary.

No website or system can be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send card or bank details by email or through the website forms.
